一、崗位要求
1.數據科學與數據庫、人工智能、深度學習等相關領域的博士；
2.熟悉機器學習（例如，深度學習，神經網絡算法等）模型，具備相關模型開發能力，有基因組學背景優先考慮；
3.曾在國際雜志以第一作者（含共同）發表文章，具有獨立的思考和縝密的邏輯思維，敢于探索新方法和技術；
4.在本領域具有良好的學科背景、研究積累以及創新研究思路，有堅實的專業基礎；
5.有志于長期從事科學研究，有責任心與團隊合作精神；
6.較為良好的英語溝通和寫作能力。
二、工作內容
利用機器學習算法開展基因組學數據挖掘工作，開發基因組分析算法。結合比較基因組及進化生物學，利用大模型及機器學習開展基因型與表型比較研究，有眾多課題可供選擇。課題將在浙江大學生命演化研究中心張國捷教授團隊及阿里巴巴葉杰平團隊共同指導下開展。兩個團隊已經組織開展了多項基因組學領域前沿研究，收集了海量的基因組及表型數據，在基因組學及人工智能領域強強聯合，期待您的加盟。

responsibilities:
the position involves using machine learning algorithms to carry out genomic data mining and developing new genomic analysis algorithms. the candidate will integrate machine learning methods with large-scale genomic data to build the link between genotype and phenotype. there will be many research topics to choose from. the topic will be jointly guided by professor guojie zhang's team at the center for evolutionary & organismal biology at zhejiang university and dr. jieping ye's team at alibaba. these two teams have already carried out cutting-edge research in genomics, collected large amounts of data, and developed new models for genomic data mining. we look forward to your joining us.
