二. 應聘條件
1.具有或即將獲得工程熱物理、能源與動力工程、燃料化學等相關專業博士學位;
2.具有良好的科研創新精神和獨立開展科學研究的能力，具有較好的英文水平;
3.具有良好的團隊合作意識和較強的責任心，具有良好的口頭和書面交流能力，具備一定組織協調能力。
三. 薪酬待遇
1.基本年薪不低于18 萬(稅前，含租房補貼3萬/年)，另可根據博士后的工作情況和科研產出發放獎勵性津貼;
2.博士后期間可選擇租住學校博士后公寓且戶口可按照相關政策遷至接收單位所在地;
3.條件突出者推薦申請國家“博新計劃”和上海市“超級博士后計劃”，該兩項計劃入選者，每人每年收入30 萬元，共資助 2 年，“博新計劃” 獲得者另有 20 萬元博士后科學基金經費。

job description
successful applicants will perform experimental and modeling research of fuel or engine combustion, e.g. fuel/engine interactions, fuel combustion kinetics, combustion pollutants formation and control.

job requirements
phd degree in mechanical engineering, energy and power engineering, or related fields;
excellent hands-on experience and numerical modeling skills relevant to fuel or engine combustion;
good publications record in the field of combustion and fuel sciences;
