上海交通大學國家電投智慧能源創(chuàng)新學院(簡稱“智慧能源創(chuàng)新學院”)是上海交通大學與國家電力投資集團有限公司強強聯(lián)合共建的產教融合平臺和辦學特區(qū),集人才培養(yǎng)、科學研究、成果轉化為一體,著力促進教育鏈、人才鏈、產業(yè)鏈、創(chuàng)新鏈的有效銜接,培養(yǎng)引領現(xiàn)代能源產業(yè)發(fā)展的復合型、創(chuàng)新型、實踐型人才,為國家“碳達峰”“碳中和”提供有力的科技和人才支撐。

一、關于我們

01核心優(yōu)勢

學院致力于打造具有中國特色的產教融合示范基地,落實習近平總書記“四個革命、一個合作”能源安全新戰(zhàn)略和國家有關深化產教融合決策部署,依托上海交大百年學術積淀和國家電投深厚行業(yè)資源,緊抓行業(yè)需求增長機遇,有針對性地為國家培養(yǎng)急需人才,為行業(yè)研發(fā)關鍵技術,努力推動“雙碳”目標實現(xiàn)。

學院秉承“強基礎、促交叉、重實踐、國際化”人才培養(yǎng)理念,構建跨學科教育體系。在能源科技研發(fā)、工程技術革新等領域形成了交叉融合、優(yōu)勢互補的鮮明特色。聘任百余位國家電投行業(yè)導師,建立校企雙導師制,提供多元化學習路徑,努力培養(yǎng)復合型、創(chuàng)新型人才。

學院通過建設智慧能源示范校園,打造能源數(shù)字化平臺、虛擬電廠仿真平臺和直流微電網系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)能源系統(tǒng)的智能化管理與高效調度,推動AI技術在能源領域的深度應用,不斷提升專業(yè)教學科研的創(chuàng)新性和實踐性,為智慧能源跨學科融合和應用示范樹立了標桿。

02師資隊伍及人才培養(yǎng)

學院目前師資181人(含自有師資53人,校內雙聘教師26人,國家電投集團行業(yè)導師102人),擁有中國工程院院士1人,國家級高層次專家3人,國家級青年專家7人次,上海市人才計劃入選專家24人次。學院以產業(yè)需求為牽引,通過本科高年級選拔和產教融合培養(yǎng)的方式,從國家能源產業(yè)布局的重點區(qū)域招收優(yōu)秀學生,為當?shù)剌斔蛢?yōu)秀人才;學院成功獲批國內首個智慧能源工程專業(yè)并于2022年開始招生,目前本、碩、博在讀學生450人。

03科研合作

學院牽頭承擔上海高校Ⅳ類高峰高原學科“上海非碳基能源轉換與利用研究院”建設,以國家重大需求為導向,開展非碳基能源轉換與利用方向關鍵技術研究。學院牽頭建設的“數(shù)字化低碳能源系統(tǒng)重點實驗室”入圍國家能源局“十四五”第一批國家能源研發(fā)創(chuàng)新平臺建設項目。上海交通大學依托學院與國家電投集團共同設立“未來能源計劃”基金,聚焦未來能源前瞻性變革性技術,為我國能源綠色轉型和雙碳目標提供科技支撐。學院目前下設“碳捕集與利用研究中心”“新型電力系統(tǒng)智慧運行與控制研究中心”“數(shù)字核能研究所”“新型電力系統(tǒng)技術經濟研究所”,旨在依托各研究中心及研究所建設形成具有學術影響力的研究團隊。目前,學院正在重點建設AI+能源學科專業(yè)。

1)教授:

(1)在高校及科研機構擔任教授或相當職務;

(2)能夠把握相關領域學科的發(fā)展方向,能夠引領學科前沿,掌握關鍵技術,具有凝聚多學科協(xié)同攻關能力,在本學科領域取得國內外同行公認的突出成就;

(3)師德師風優(yōu)良,并具有創(chuàng)新、探索精神和團結協(xié)作能力。

2)副教授:

(1)博士畢業(yè)后有相關領域三年及以上工作經歷,年齡一般不超過40周歲;

(2)具有獨立開展創(chuàng)新性研究、主講課程、指導博士生的能力,取得重要的研究成果,表現(xiàn)出較強學術潛力;

(3)師德師風優(yōu)良,并具有創(chuàng)新、探索精神和團結協(xié)作能力,特別優(yōu)秀者可適當放寬工作經歷要求。

3)助理教授:

(1)具有相關專業(yè)博士學位,有相關領域工作經歷,年齡一般不超過35周歲;

(2)在學術前沿領域開展創(chuàng)新性研究工作,取得重要的研究成果,表現(xiàn)出較強學術潛力;

(3)師德師風優(yōu)良,并具有創(chuàng)新、探索精神和團結協(xié)作能力,特別優(yōu)秀者可適當放寬工作經歷要求。

4)專職科研

(1)具有相關專業(yè)博士學位,年齡一般不超過35周歲;

(2)有參與或承擔高水平科研項目經歷,有志于服務大科研團隊、大科研項目、大科研工程;

(3)具有嚴謹?shù)膶W術態(tài)度、敬業(yè)精神、團隊合作意識和溝通協(xié)調能力。

5)博士后

The College of Smart Energy (CSE), Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is an industry-education integration platform jointly established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) and State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC). CSE integrates talent cultivation, scientific research, and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. CSE is a platform that incorporates industry and education, and promotes effective connection among education, talent, industry and innovation. CSE aims to cultivate compound, innovative, and practical talents who can lead the development of the modern energy industry and provide strong scientific and technological support for China’s goals to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.

Core Strengths

CSE proudly stands at the forefront of establishing a model base for industry-education integration that embodies uniquely Chinese characteristics. Rooted in President Xi Jinping's visionary "Four Revolutions and One Cooperation" energy security strategy and aligned with national directives for advancing industry-education collaboration, CSE draws on the unparalleled academic legacy of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the vast industrial resources of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC). By seizing the momentum of growing industry demands, CSE is devoted to cultivating urgently needed talent for China, pioneering transformative technologies, and accelerating the realization of China’s ambitious "dual carbon" goals.

Adhering to a distinguished educational philosophy that emphasizes "strengthening foundations, fostering interdisciplinary growth, prioritizing practical experience, and promoting internationalization", CSE has meticulously crafted a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary education system. This framework thrives on a harmonious blend of energy technology research, and engineering innovation, marked by its seamless integration of disciplines and complementary strengths. Our partnership with SPIC has introduced a distinguished cadre of over 100 seasoned industry mentors, forging a unique dual-mentor system that bridges academia with industry. Through personalized learning pathways, CSE is nurturing a new generation of versatile, forward-thinking innovators.

With the development of a smart energy demonstration campus, CSE is pioneering the creation of an energy digitization platform, a virtual power plant simulation system, and a direct current microgrid, thereby redefining energy system management through intelligent, efficient operations. By embedding cutting-edge AI technologies deeply within the energy sector, CSE is amplifying the innovation and practicality of its professional education and research but also set a gold standard for interdisciplinary integration and application in smart energy systems.

Faculty & Talent Cultivation

CSE has a faculty of 181, including 26 dual-employed teachers from within SJTU and 102 industry mentors from SPIC. CSE has 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 national high-level experts, 7 national youth experts, 24 experts selected in relevant talent programs of Shanghai. CSE takes industrial demand as its guide. By selecting senior-year undergraduates and cultivating through integration of industry and education, CSE recruits outstanding students from key regions of the energy industry to foster talents in those local areas. CSE has successfully obtained approval for China’s first undergraduate major of Smart Energy Engineering and began enrollment in 2022. Currently, there are 450 enrolled undergraduates, masters, and doctoral students in CSE.

Scientific Research & Cooperation

The Shanghai Peak Discipline (Class IV) - “Research Institute for Non-Carbon-Based Energy Conversion and Utilization” led by CSE, aims to carry out research of key technologies for non-carbon-based energy conversion and utilization guided by major national needs. The “Digital Low Carbon Energy System Key Laboratory” led by CSE has been shortlisted for the first batch of national energy research and development innovation platform construction projects in the “14th Five Year Plan” of the National Energy Administration. Relying on CSE, SJTU jointly established the “Future Energy Plan” fund focusing on forward-looking and revolutionary technologies for future energy with SPIC to provide technological support for China’s goals to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. CSE now has four research centers and institutions: the Research Center for Carbon Capture and Utilization, the Research Center for Intelligent Operation and Control of New Power Systems, the Institute of Intelligent Nuclear Energy, and the Institute of Technology and Economics of New Power Systems, based on which CSE aims to build a research team with academic influence. CSE is now concentrating on the construction of AI + Energy discipline.

Fields of Recruitment

The College of Smart Energy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, focuses on carbon peak and carbon neutrality and conducts cross-disciplinary research on efficient conversion and utilization of non-carbon-based energy, new energy-based power systems, renewable fuel preparation and utilization, future nuclear power technology, and smart energy. Professor:

(1) Employed as professor or equivalent position by university or research institution;

(2) Able to grasp the development direction of relevant fields, lead the discipline at the forefront, master key technologies, and integrate multi-disciplinary cooperation to tackle key problems, with outstanding achievements recognized by peers at home and abroad;

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Associate Professor:

(1) Have a doctoral degree and at least three years of research experience after graduation, generally under the age of 40;

(2) Able to independently conduct innovative research, teach courses, and supervise doctoral students; have achieved significant research results and demonstrated strong academic potential;

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.

Assistant Professor:

(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree, relevant work experience, and generally under the age of 35;

(2) Have conducted innovative research in cutting-edge fields, achieved significant research results and demonstrated strong academic potential;

(3) With good morals, innovative spirit, spirit of exploration, and the ability to work collaboratively.

For outstanding candidates, research experience requirements can be appropriately reduced.

Assistant Research Professor:

(1) Have a relevant doctoral degree and generally under the age of 35;

(2) Have experience of participating in or undertaking high-level research projects, aspired to contribute to large-scale research teams and projects;
