二、任職資格

（一）教授

1、已入選“百千萬人才工程”等國家級人才計劃，海外知名高校或國內(nèi)“985工程”或“211工程”或一流建設大學的教師；

2、已取得國內(nèi)同行公認的且產(chǎn)生重大長期影響的研究成果，具有優(yōu)異的國際化學術與研究背景；

3、年齡一般不超過50周歲。

（二）副教授

1、已入選省市級及以上人才計劃，海外知名高校或國內(nèi)“985工程”或“211工程”或一流建設大學的教師；

2、已取得一定的成果或具有突出貢獻，其代表性成果具有重要的科學研究價值、應用價值；

3、年齡一般不超過45周歲。

（三）助理教授

1、申請人必須有相關領域的博士學位，或在2020年秋季之前獲得博士學位；

2、具備良好的論文發(fā)表紀錄或優(yōu)秀的科研能力，具有豐富的教學經(jīng)驗;

3、應屆畢業(yè)博士應小于30周歲，有博士后經(jīng)歷者應小于33周歲。

（四）博士后

1、博士后招收類型包括全職博士后、在職博士后、企業(yè)博士后；

2、申請人員須獲得博士學位，博士學位獲得時間一般不超過3年，年齡35周歲以下，身心健康，品學兼優(yōu)，具備較高的學術水平和較強的科研能力。
